Cancellation/Refund Policy

We cannot be held responsible for events out of our control therefore we adhere to our policy. Refusal of refund may offend.

• A 50% deposit applies to all reservations 100% for internet bookings

• All cancellations/refunds incur administration fee of $20

• Cancellations within 30 days for any peak period receive no refund

• Cancellations within 30 days for off peak bookings receive no refund unless entire booking is re-let, all nights must be re-let before refund is considered

• No refunds are given if cancellation is less than 7 days notice for any booking

• No refunds on early departures
